As a freelance product manager, I pride myself on being a pleasure to work with. My clients often describe me as having a good sense of humour and being detail-oriented and coordinated. And, yes, I also have a soft spot for ice cream!

My journey in freelance product management started with web development when I was just 12 years old, and I first encountered HTML coding. Since then, I've become fluent in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, honing my skills as I built my business and worked with clients in the community.

Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in WordPress development, custom systems for internal comms and management, more complex custom application development projects involving APIs, manufacturing process management, calendars, shift management systems and WordPress-to-App crossover.

I have further extensive experience in:

• JavaScript and DataLayer
• Google Analytics (Universal and GA4)
• Web cookie management, PECR and GDPR
• HotJar
• Microsoft Clarity
• Ads tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, MS Ads, Google Ads etc)
